Foam Pad

Description:
The TE02 foam polishing pad is engineered for medium-hard foam density suited to medium-coarse cutting and polishing operations in the marine and composite sectors. With features like reduced Velcro and rounded angles, it enables efficient removal of sanding marks, oxidation or heavier surface defects from gelcoat, fibreglass and carbon fibre.
When used with a medium-cut abrasive compound from the PAI Boat Composites range, the TE02 delivers powerful performance for hulls, deck surfaces, composite moulds and large panels requiring deeper correction.

Usage Tips:
Use with a medium-cut compound, moderate speed and consistent overlapping passes. Once the surface is corrected, switch to a softer pad (TE04 or TE05) for final gloss and protection. Clean the pad after use to keep its integrity.
