Foam Pad

Description:
The TE04 foam polishing pad offers a medium-soft foam density that bridges the gap between aggressive cutting and fine finishing, making it especially useful in the marine and composite industry for refining surfaces after heavier polishing passes. It features reduced-Velcro base and rounded angles for improved flow and reduced pressure on curved parts.
Use TE04 with a medium/fine abrasive or finishing compound from the PAI Boat Composites range to remove micro-marring, restore clarity and prepare the surface for final protection. Excellent for gelcoat, fibreglass, carbon-fibre decks, hulls and moulds.

Usage Tips:
Mount securely, work at moderate speed, apply the compound lightly and finish with a microfiber wipe. Then move to a softer pad such as TE05 for final gloss if required.
